REF: ABOUT

We believe every donation deserves an audit trail.

Impact Saathi was built out of a simple observation: India's NGOs and CSR teams are doing extraordinary work, but still managing compliance on spreadsheets. We set out to change that.

Our mission
"To make every rupee of charitable giving compliant, transparent, and accountable — automatically."

₹35,000 Crore

India's annual CSR mandate — still managed manually by most NGOs and corporates

The problem we saw

80% of NGOs still generate 80G receipts in Word documents.

When we started talking to NGO administrators and CSR managers, the same picture emerged every time: manually typed receipts, donors who never heard back after giving, and certificate tracking happening in someone's personal email folder.

One missed 80G field is a compliance liability. One donor who never gets a utilization update is a donor who won't give again. One expired certificate is a funding relationship at risk.

We built Impact Saathi to solve this — not as an add-on to an existing tool, but as a platform designed specifically for how Indian NGOs and CSR teams actually operate.

Where we're building

Born at Sharda Launchpad. Built for India.

Impact Saathi is incubated at Sharda Launchpad, part of Sharda University's Centre of Excellence for CSR and Social Innovation in Greater Noida — giving us direct access to the NGO and CSR professionals who use the platform every day.

Our architecture is built on serverless cloud infrastructure in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1), designed around the DPDP Act 2023, India's Income Tax Act 80G requirements, and FCRA compliance — not retrofitted from a global SaaS template.

REF: VALUES

What we stand for

The principles that guide every product decision we make.

📋

Compliance first

Every feature starts with what India's laws require — 80G, FCRA, DPDP Act 2023 — not as a constraint, but as a design principle.

🔍

Radical transparency

Donors should know exactly where their money went. NGOs shouldn't have to chase CSR teams for updates. Visibility is the product.

🇮🇳

Built for India

INR precision, IST timestamps, Hindi language support, Indian mobile validation — not an afterthought, but architected from day one.

Automation over effort

An NGO administrator shouldn't spend their day generating receipts. Every step we can automate, we do — correctly and at scale.

🔒

Privacy by design

Donor PAN numbers encrypted at rest. Tenant-isolated data. DPDP consent captured with timestamps. Privacy is not a checkbox.

🤝

Honest pricing

No "contact sales" for pricing. No hidden fees. No locked contracts. The numbers are published and the terms are plain language.
